The White Cross

The White Cross is situated in a refurbished cotton mill warehouse which was part of the old Storey’s Cotton Mill that was built next to Lancaster’s main canal. With its canal side seating The White Cross is the perfect place to have your evening meal during your stay in Lancaster. You may be tempted to stay there for the evening as they offer up to 20 different rotating beers each week all come from breweries less than 40 miles away.

 

The Hall

J Atkinson & Co – Coffee roasters and tea merchants since 1837 opened the former Priory Hall next door to their tea and coffee emporium on China Street, serving syphon coffee and lever espresso along with freshly baked cakes and delicious desserts. They also serve savoury food and alcohol during the day and until 21.30 on Thursdays, Fridays and Saturdays with live music on Saturdays from 9pm.
