St Peter’s Cathedral welcomes groups interested in learning more about the Catholic faith, or the history or architecture of the building. We also welcome school and parish groups who want to learn more about the working of a Cathedral.

Guided tours are available, giving a general overview of the Cathedral and its history.

For groups interested in using the Cathedral to learn more about Catholic belief and practice, we run a number of ‘Cathedral Trails’, exploring faith through the design and features of the building. The trails can be run for adults and children.

We are also welcoming an increasing number of school groups, and are happy to provide a programme of tours and workshops.
