Accidental Brewery and Micropub

Accidental Brewery was Lancaster’s first nano-brewery and Micropub when they opened in October 2018.  Situated in the historic city of Lancaster, in a building dating back to the late 1800s; the micro-pub has a wooden vaulted ceiling with period features including an original Lancaster stone wall.

In Spring and Summer, there is a garden out of the back of the building, with seating for up to 45 people in pleasant surroundings. Accidental Brewery allows you to order Pizzas from Aquila Pizzeria in Lancaster, who will deliver fantastic wood-fired pizzas straight to your table, freshly made and piping hot.

The brewery and micropub is family run by people who love nothing better than sharing their passion of craft beer and brewing for their customers.

Accidental Brewery offers 10 craft keg lines and 2 cask pumps. They serve their own craft beers, brewed in their very own micro-brewery in Morecambe along with many other exciting guest beers, from leading craft brewers in this country and worldwide – Omnipollo, Lervig, Wylam, Verdant, Wiper & True, Northern Monk, North Brewing Co to name but a few.

Their micro-brewery is housed in an old, Morecambe fishing industry building, where many years ago, Morecambe Bay shrimps were potted. It’s a quirky building with period features in the heart of old Morecambe, Poulton. Presently, the brewery is not open to the public.
